I have to say I wouldn't normally consider Ice Cream as a halloween treat.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE ICE CREAM!

I just don't associat it with halloween in any form or fashion.

Ice Cream isn't going in the halloween bag. It's not something you would typically see at a halloween party or on someones desk.

Ice cream just isn't a halloween treat...or is it?

Well, the folks at Ben & Jerry's are doing their best to make sure you think of their ice cream... or at least their company during the halloween season.

I just ran across Ben & Jerry's halloween section on their website at www.benjerry.com/halloween/. It's marvelous. I mean, it won't offer up any crazy scares or keep you at night but it's a great interactive site for kids or adults...like me.. that are kids at heart.

Ben & Jerry's Halloween experience starts you of at with a view of the haunted mansion down a distant path. From there you are on you own to choose your own fate. You can hit the mansion right away or check out the evil pumpkin patch or the flavor graveyard.

The flavor graveyard, as the name implies, lets' you check out Ben & Jerry's flavors of ice creams past. Be sure to click around the graveyard to see what pops up.

Next be sure to stop buy the evil pumpkin patch where you will be able to build your own scarecrow.

Once you enter the mansion, you will find a myriad of rooms, each with a different theme. Whether you choose to share a chair with a ghost in the library, brew a potion in the kitchen with a witch, or create a monster in the lab, your are you to get a little halloween delight.
