I've done a lot of halloween decorating in my time and there is one thing I've learned... the small details can really make or break it.

One area I give attention to, that many people often neglect, is the bathroom. Seems silly but I've been to halloween parties that had great decorations, that included a dimly lit theme, only to find myself going potty in brightly lit bathroom.  Not only does it practically blind you coming in from the dark, but it completely kills the mood.
